Meeting in Person allows for deeper connection and presence. These sessions take place in a calm, private setting where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely at your own pace. Rooted in a Person Centred Approach, the focus is always on what matters most to you - Your experiences, emotions, and needs. Together we create a space for understanding, healing, and growth through genuine human connection.
Online sessions offer the same supportive, confidential space- from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you choose to be. Using secure video calls, we can explore your experiences just as we would in person, with the same Person-Centred attention and care. This option might suit you if you prefer flexibility, accessibility, or feel more at ease working from home while still receiving the same quality of support.
Telephone provide a gentle and focused way to talk through what happening for you, without the need for video. For some, speaking by phone can feel less overwhelming or more natural- creating space to process emotions, reflect, and be heard. As with all sessions, this approach is grounded in warmth, respect and the belief that you hold inside of you, your own answers. My role is to support you in finding them.
All sessions are a fee of £45
Sessions run for 50 minutes across all sessions provided
Alternative Options and Concessions

Walk & Talk, or home visit counselling sessions may be available where health, disability, or other circumstances make face to face or telephone/online counselling difficult.

I do reserve a number of spaces at a reduced rate for those on low income or experiencing financial difficulty. These are offered subject to availability and individual circumstances.

A reduced rate is offered for Trainee Counsellors, as part of supporting the counselling community. This is a fixed rate of £30 per session
I understand that finding the right Therapist can sometimes feels overwhelming. All sessions I offer are designed to support you at your own pace, and I'm here to help you explore what feels right for you- whether that means working together or helping you to find another therapist or resource that better fits your needs.
